You really deserve to feel this way - from the first greeting, to the stunning sunset view, through countless courses (way more than the 8 specified on the menu) to the surprises and wow moments as the night crescendos with Valle's final treat - you'll be delighted, indulged and amazed at the scrumptious, unique, authentic flavors, impeccable service and stunning atmosphere. Yep - you deserve this, and so does Valle deserve it's star, perhaps even another.

Came in here to grab a drink at the bar. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by the staff. Miguel was the bartender and he was great. Very attentive and an Oceanside local (as are we). We ordered a couple drinks and they both were amazing. The quality of the ingredients as well as presentation were top notch. We didn't have enough time to stay and try any of their bar menu but everything looked good and we will definitely be returning.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Valle. The staff were amazing and were able to work with my niece's dairy allergy and still presented an excellent tasting menu. I noticed the reviews were mixed on liking or disliking the food but we found it excellent. The ingredients and preparations are somewhat adventurous with some flavors being very strong and intentional like the aged Yellowtail. Some were more close to home like the langosta taco. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Came on here to write a 5 star review because of the amazing experience I and my friends had here in March 2025. I was very surprised to see several 1 star reviews. I’m glad I DIDN’T see these beforehand, because it may have swayed my decision to book it. We had such a great experience. Food was unique and very tasty. Staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. The service was top notch, ballet-like orchestration. Afterwards they allowed us to tour the kitchen. Pristine. Seriously one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in my life. We drove up from San Diego and it was well worth the trip. I plan to come back when I’m in the region and book the chef’s table experience. I also have it on the target map to make it to their sister restaurant, Malva, in Baja. So amazing.

Unique experience! We ordered chef's table. The food was a combination of art and delicacy. The saff and chef were super nice and lovely. The food was amazing. We were impressed by the creativity of the chef. Jesse was a master artist in action! We were memorized by his punctuality and delicate work. Highly recommended for those who enjoy the quality of food and care about what they eat!

I’ve never written a review the same night as my dining experience. But after seeing some of the other reviews for this establishment, I felt obligated to share my experience while it is fresh in my memory. Tonight’s experience was incredible that checked the boxes for what you would expect from a Michelin star: food, variety, flavor, depth, service, atmosphere. With 8 courses plus some extras in-between, each dish provided a lovely experience with textures and flavors so it didn’t feel like a monotonous mess of gastronomy. Also despite smaller portions, which I would expect from a restaurant of this caliber, I felt the total portion was more than adequate. Service was excellent, friendly, and professional. It was a privilege to be able to visit and to meet the chef in the kitchen at the end of the evening. Do me a favor and don’t listen to the negative reviews. Every experience is yours to dictate and I would happily return to Valle again.

We had an incredible anniversary at Valle! So here’s the scoop, we visited a few months back and our experience wasn’t bad, but we left a little underwhelmed. We decided to give it another go, and it completely exceeded expectations! The service was top notch, many of the meals left us speechless, and the overall experience was a solid 10/10. No doubt we will be back again!
